Hot air balloon at dawn
You leave the riad in the dark, rise quietly over palm groves and Berber villages as the first light comes up, and land to a Berber breakfast under a caïdal tent. Back at the riad by mid morning with the whole day ahead of you.

The city by vintage sidecar
You settle into a restored vintage sidecar, a local rider takes the bars, and the city opens at street level, by day or after dark. Each sidecar carries two guests.

Craft workshops in the medina
A morning at the bench beside a master in Sidi Bel Abbes, working metal, leather, wood or zellije, and you leave with the piece you have made. The workshops train young Moroccans in the crafts of their own heritage.

At the stove
Cooking with the dadas
A morning or an afternoon at the stove beside the dadas of the Moroccan Culinary Art Museum, learning a full Moroccan meal by hand before sitting down to eat what you have made.

A private class, then dinner
One evening of your stay, our chef cooks the Marrakech she grew up in with you. Moroccan classics learned by hand, from tajines to couscous, start to finish, in our own kitchen. Then you sit down to the dinner you have made.

Over the Atlas
A day in the mountains
An hour south the road climbs into red rock, walnut groves and terraced fields. Mint tea with a Berber family in Imlil, a guided walk through the valleys at whatever pace the morning asks for, then lunch cooked in a family home. Back in Marrakech by late afternoon.

To the coast
A day on the Atlantic
Three hours west, a white and blue town built inside old ramparts. A licensed guide walks you through its history and its harbour, and then the day is yours, in the medina and along the port. Back in Marrakech by evening.

Under the stars
A night in the Sahara
A morning flight over the Atlas, then a 4x4 into the dunes. You ride out by camel as the light turns golden, and night brings a feast beside the fire, Gnawa music, and a sky full of stars from one horizon to the other.

In the red city
Some of the best days never leave the city walls. Three separate days, each led by someone who knows Marrakech from the inside. Take one, or string them together across your stay.
Tagines and pastries through the souks by night, ending at Jamaa El Fna, then dinner at a table we choose.
